So it is apparent that we are having issues with Survery 123. On our end, At Tetra Tech, we feel as if this is a Horne problem with Canopy, based on our feedback with inspectors. We are going to meet with Volusia County with the intent to resolve and find a solution for this error. However, we want to make sure that we have done every troubleshooting step possible to eliminate any error on our end.
After meeting with Tyler, before we schedule this meeting we want to meet and make sure that IT and Field Inspectors have aligned and attempted any simple solutions that may have been overlooked. This is urgent so we need to meet as quickly as possible.
David and Jon,
I know that the inspections for this round are complete, but lets start with you guys and if you can please give us 3 time slots this week as soon as possible that we can meet. Once provided, Daniel and Georgio can you confirm which one works best keeping in mind that this is very urgent.
